Agent Agreement
This Agent Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Agent") and Legentify LLC, a Florida-based company ("Legentify"). By submitting this form, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility
You confirm that you are properly licensed and authorized to provide real estate services in your market.

Nature of Services
Legentify provides marketing and introduction services only and is not a real estate brokerage.

• Referral Fee: A 20% referral fee will be charged upon the successful closing of any lead provided by us.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 180-day refund policy from the date of purchase or first lead delivery, subject to verification.
• Chargeback Policy: No chargebacks will be accepted after the delivery of the first lead.
• Market Compliance: All services and transactions are subject to applicable market rules and regulations.
• Other Terms: All other terms of engagement, confidentiality, and responsibilities remain as stated in the original agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms.
