1. Nature of Services
Legentify provides marketing and referral services connecting real estate professionals with potential clients. Legentify is not a brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers.

2. Referral Fee
Agent agrees to pay Legentify a 20% referral fee from the gross commission of any transaction resulting from a Legentify lead.

3. Referral Duration
The referral fee applies to any transaction closing within 180 days from the date the lead was assigned.

4. 180-Day Refund Policy
Refunds may be requested within 180 days only if:

• No leads were delivered
• Lead was non-exclusive where exclusivity was promised
• Lead was already under contract
• Lead was unresponsive after 10 working days

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of lead delivery.

5. Agent Responsibilities
Agent agrees to maintain a valid license, respond to leads professionally, and comply with all applicable laws.

6. No Brokerage Relationship
Legentify is not a licensed brokerage and acts only as a marketing and referral platform.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Referral obligations remain valid for assigned leads.

8. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
