Subscription & Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms related to annual subscription fees and refund eligibility in connection with services provided by Legentify (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Annual Subscription

Legentify offers services through an annual subscription model. The subscription fee covers platform access, marketing costs, lead generation, and operational expenses associated with delivering real estate opportunities to clients.

All subscription payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in this Policy.


2. Refund Eligibility (180-Day Window)

Refunds for the annual subscription fee may be requested within 180 calendar days from the subscription start date, and are permitted only under the following circumstances:

(i) Failure to Provide Leads
If Legentify fails to deliver any leads to the client as outlined in the service agreement.

(ii) Non-Exclusive Leads
If a lead provided to the client was distributed to multiple clients in the same service area where exclusivity was promised.

(iii) Lead Reluctance to Engage
If the lead demonstrates no willingness to participate in business activities within 9 months of assignment.

(iv) Pre-existing Client Relationship
If the lead was already under contract or in an active working relationship with the client at the time it was assigned.

(v) Non-Responsive Leads
If the lead remains non-responsive after 10 working days of reasonable, documented contact attempts.

(vi) Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Area
If the client elects to receive leads from areas outside their specified target locations, those leads will be considered part of the allocation and will not qualify for a refund.


3. Refund Procedure

a. Failure to Provide Leads
If no leads are delivered, the client must first send a written reminder to Legentify requesting fulfillment.
If Legentify does not deliver any leads within 30 days of the reminder, the client may submit a refund request.

b. Lead Quality or Eligibility Issues
For issues listed in sections (ii) through (v), the client must notify Legentify within the required reporting period and provide supporting evidence.

If a replacement lead is not provided within 30 days of the report, the client may submit a refund claim.


4. Timely Reporting Requirement

Any concerns or disputes regarding leads must be reported within 48 hours of lead delivery.

Failure to report issues within this timeframe will result in the lead being considered accepted and satisfactory, making it ineligible for replacement or refund.


5. Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 180 calendar days from the subscription start date.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund.


6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
