Subscription & Refund Policy
This Subscription and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms related to annual subscription fees in connection with services provided by Legentify (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Annual Subscription
Legentify offers services through an annual subscription model. The subscription fee covers platform access, marketing costs, lead generation, and operational expenses associated with delivering real estate opportunities to clients.
All subscription payments are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to unused subscription periods, dissatisfaction with services, or failure to close any transactions.
2. No Refund Policy
Legentify does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to the following:
(i) Failure to Provide Leads
Legentify does not guarantee the delivery of any specific number of leads during the subscription term. Lead volume and frequency vary based on market conditions and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
(ii) Non-Exclusive Leads
Leads may be shared with multiple agents in the same or similar service areas. Legentify does not guarantee exclusivity on any lead provided.
(iii) Lead Reluctance to Engage
If a lead demonstrates no willingness to participate in business activities, this does not qualify for any refund or reimbursement.
(iv) Pre-existing Client Relationship
Legentify is not responsible for identifying whether a lead was already under contract or in an active working relationship with the client at the time of assignment.
(v) Non-Responsive Leads
If a lead remains non-responsive after documented contact attempts, this does not entitle the client to any refund or replacement.
(vi) Acceptance of Leads Outside Preferred Area
If the client elects to receive leads from areas outside their specified target locations, those leads will be considered part of the allocation and remain non-refundable.
(vii) Dissatisfaction with Lead Quality
Perceived lead quality, conversion rates, or any other subjective measure does not qualify for a refund.
(viii) Early Termination
If the client chooses to terminate their subscription early for any reason, no prorated refund or credit will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
3. No Right to Dispute or Chargeback
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
(i) Upon signing up, Legentify immediately invests your entire subscription fee into marketing efforts, lead generation campaigns, and operational costs with your explicit permission and authorization.
(ii) You waive and forfeit any right to dispute the payment with your bank, credit card company, or any financial institution after the transaction is completed.
(iii) You agree not to initiate any chargeback against Legentify for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with leads, lack of results, or any other claim.
(iv) Any chargeback initiated despite this agreement shall constitute a material breach of this Policy. In the event of a chargeback, Legentify reserves the right to:
Immediately terminate your access to all services
Report the chargeback as fraudulent to credit bureaus and financial authorities
Pursue collection of the original amount plus any fees, penalties, and legal costs incurred
Take legal action to enforce collection and recover damages
(v) You acknowledge that chargeback fraud is illegal and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
4. No Refund Procedure
Due to the strict no-refund policy and no-chargeback agreement described above, there is no refund procedure or claim process available. All subscription sales are final upon completion of payment.
5. Timely Reporting of Issues
While Legentify does not offer refunds or accept chargebacks, clients may report technical or service delivery issues to support@legentify.com. Such reports will be reviewed for potential future service improvements but will not result in any refund, credit, replacement, or reversal of payment.
6. Refund Window
There is no refund window. Refunds are not available at any time, whether within 1 day, 180 days, or any other period following the subscription start date.
7. No Refunds, No Exceptions, No Chargebacks
Legentify enforces a strict no-refund and no-chargeback policy without exception. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy in its entirety, including the immediate investment of your subscription fee into marketing efforts upon sign-up.
