LEGENTIFY AGENT REFERRAL AGREEMENT

Legentify provides marketing, lead generation, and referral services connecting licensed real estate professionals with potential clients. Legentify is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers, sellers, landlords, or tenants. All real estate services are performed solely by the Agent.
Legentify offers three annual subscription plans. Agent must select one plan at the time of sign-up.

Key Insight: Lower subscription fee = Higher referral commission. Higher subscription fee = Lower referral commission.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Net Commission” is defined as the Agent’s gross commission received from a transaction MINUS any split, fee, or percentage paid by the Agent to their sponsoring broker, brokerage firm, or team leader as required by their brokerage agreement.

Upon sign-up and completion of payment, Legentify immediately invests the entire subscription fee ($297, $497, or $997) into marketing efforts, lead generation, and advertising campaigns with the Agent’s explicit permission and authorization.
Agent agrees to pay Legentify the applicable referral commission percentage (25%, 20%, or 15%) based on their selected plan, calculated from the Net Commission of any real estate transaction resulting from a lead introduced by Legentify during the active term of this Agreement.
Agent shall notify Legentify in writing within five (5) business days of accepting an offer on any property involving a Legentify lead. Payment of the referral commission is due within ten (10) business days of Agent’s receipt of commission funds from closing.
The applicable referral commission (25%, 20%, or 15% of Net Commission) applies to any transaction closing during the active term of this Agreement and for a period of twelve (12) months following the termination date for any lead introduced prior to termination.
Legentify does not offer refunds under any circumstances. All annual subscription fees ($297, $497, or $997) are strictly non-refundable. No partial refunds, prorated refunds, credits, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason.
If Agent closes a transaction from a Legentify-generated lead within the first ninety (90) days of the Agreement’s Initial Term, Agent may request reimbursement of 100% of their annual subscription fee ($297, $497, or $997). This reimbursement is processed only after the applicable referral commission on that same closing has been paid in full to Legentify. If no closing occurs within the first 90 days, no reimbursement of any kind will be issued.
By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that you waive and forfeit any right to dispute the payment with your bank, credit card company, or any financial institution. You agree not to initiate any chargeback against Legentify for any reason whatsoever. Any chargeback initiated despite this agreement shall constitute a material breach and fraud.
This Agreement has an Initial Term of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unless Agent provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before the end of the Initial Term, this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods at the then-current annual subscription rate for the same plan tier.
Agent agrees to maintain a valid, active real estate license, respond to leads professionally, comply with all applicable real estate laws, make appropriate disclosures regarding the commission share arrangement, and not share Legentify leads with any third party without explicit written permission.
Legentify is not a licensed real estate brokerage. Legentify does not guarantee that leads will result in showings, offers, closings, or commissions. Agent assumes all risks associated with lead conversion and transaction success.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall first be submitted to mediation in Miami-Dade County, Florida, before binding arbitration.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Legentify Agent Referral Agreement, including the selected plan structure, no refund policy, reimbursement only if I close a deal within the first 3 months, no right to dispute or chargeback, immediate investment of fees into marketing, and 12-month term with automatic renewal.
