Agent Agreement
This Agent Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Agent") and Legentify LLC, a Florida-based company ("Legentify"). By submitting this form, you agree to the terms below.

Eligibility
You confirm that you are properly licensed and authorized to provide real estate services in your market.

Nature of Services
Legentify provides marketing and introduction services only and is not a real estate brokerage.

• Pay-Per-Lead Fee: A fixed fee per lead will be charged immediately upon delivery of each qualified lead. The exact amount per lead is specified on the payment page and may vary based on market and lead type.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of lead purchase, provided the lead has not been contacted or accepted by the Agent. After 7 days or upon contact, all sales are final.
• Chargeback Policy: Any chargeback initiated after lead delivery will result in immediate suspension of services and may be disputed with evidence of lead delivery.
• Market Compliance: All services and transactions are subject to applicable market rules and regulations.
• Other Terms: All other terms of engagement, confidentiality, and responsibilities remain as stated in the original agreement.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to all the above terms, including the pay-per-lead fee structure.

Legentify does not guarantee results, closings, or commissions. Leads are provided on an as‑is basis.
